We are dedicated as a national 501(c)(3) corporation to empowering all youth through a non-combative Martial Arts educational prevention program to develop self-confidence, self-discipline, safety and physical fitness in order for each child to reach his or her highest potential to deal with the aspects of bullying. We are committed to developing and disseminating non-combative instructional and educational programs for youth, parents, schools and communities.

School crime and safety is the number one social problem for our nation's youth today. Fueled not only by the tragic events in Colorado, Oregon, and elsewhere, but also by the more common but less serious violence that touches the lives of students, parents, teachers, and school officials.

Solutions to any problem can only be developed if the programs and policies developed to address it are built on accurate information about the nature, extent, and scope of the problem. The Foundation's values mirror those of Keith Vitali - integrity, courage, self-esteem and drive for excellence - qualities he strives to foster in youngsters.


Through clinics, motivational speeches, educational programs, and the dynamics of martial arts, Keith Vitali has interacted and motivated thousands of youth across America.

The vision for the Keith Vitali KIDS Foundation includes transition to broader service, broader use of technology, networking with a variety of schools, community agencies and inner city youth groups for education and personal development to become an interconnected, inner-active on-going model to be duplicated throughout the country.

Because of the excitement, respect and interest in martial arts, Keith Vitali, world-renown member of the Blackbelt Hall of Fame and expert on children's safety has the ability to reach today's youth more effectively than other similar organizations. The foundation will offer a positive learning experience from pre-school to high school with a focus on bullying issues. Keith Vitali's curriculum will include all of the positive qualities that youth associate with martial arts such as discipline, respect, integrity, honor, confidence, self-esteem, compassion, inner-strength and physical fitness.
